Neighborhood Gem! Top notch door to door service! First off let me just say that I work in customer service and the experience I had you just cannot beat!! I recently moved into the neighborhood and was in desperate need to launder my clothes. As fast as I called to request pick up, that’s how fast I got my clothes back. Not only was it perfectly folded, it smelled clean and fresh, packed and neatly assorted. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again for making this a great experience.

I love this place! I've been using their delivery service for wash/fold for 1.5+ years -- the service is outstanding and staff are extremely kind and courteous! It's super easy to communicate with them and arrange for pickup/delivery (you just text) and I've never waited more than 5-10 mins for a response. The delivery service is also consistently on time when picking up/dropping off -- I think they ran late once? But they texted to alert me and apologize ahead of time (and, I had explicitly stated I wasn't in a rush that day). AND they offer contact less payments.

There aren't many places where the customer service is at this level of outstanding - they definitely go above and beyond, even when they don't have to. It's literally the easiest laundry has ever been in the 16 years I've lived in NYC. Just go here, lol.

One of the best, cleanest, and most courteous laundromats in the neighborhood (if not THE best).

My favorite feature, compared to other spots nearby, is the drop-off counter at the front of the establishment. Never realized how something small like the convenient placement of the counter in front instead of all the way in the back can make such a big difference when I need to drop and go.

Well lit, machines always in excellent working order, plenty of chairs to sit while you wait, free WiFi, and other amenities. I’ve actually parked myself in here for a couple of hours to work while catching up on doing loads of laundry after a few busy weeks.

I am new to Gentle Wash Laundromat but not to New York City. My partner and I are impressed with their same day wash and fold service. Their on-demand pickup and delivery laundry as well as quality dry cleaning services runs flawlessly every time! Tried a few dry cleaners in the area and decided to stick to Gentle Wash. Noticeably they follow our instructions very carefully and do sanitize and bleach our clothes accordingly. The employees wear masks and gloves and the place looks very clean and welcoming. At first we used to use their drop off service which is the best but then tried pickup and delivery and got spoiled with it! With a simple text, someone shows up at your doorsteps literally within 30 minutes. The best service in New York City!

Nice, clean, and plenty of washer and dryers. Uses a refillable card, which is so convenient. Lacking chairs (there are only 2) so sitting around can be difficult if you don’t nab a chair. I had an issue with a washer and my card not working and the employees helped me and were really professional. My go-to here in the EV.

Switched to Gentle Wash from online service and not looking back! Gentle Wash Pickup and Delivery service is untouchable with prompt and superb service. I text to schedule a pickup and their On-Demand service is usually by my doors within 20 min! Laundry comes back to me smelling fresh and nearly folded. Thank you Gentle Wash Laundromat! Do recommend this place to anyone!!
