This disgusting laundromat gave my laundry to a man who (obviously) did not have a ticket for it. It has been over 2 weeks, and they have not done anything to help, and refuse to reimburse me for the over 1k of clothing that was stolen. Disgusting. They have only offered me $200 of STORE CREDIT. As if I'm ever going to come back. DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIFYING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GIVE AWAY YOUR LAUNDRY TO WHOMEVER WANTS IT. 🤮

Amazing experience using Gentle Wash Laundromat for pickup and delivery laundry for our AirBnB business. Staff is very vigilant, prompt and friendly! Clothes and linens always come back clean and smelling fresh. They have variety of soap available including natural and organic. Manhattan Best Laundromat for pickup, delivery, drop off and self service is GENTLE WASH LAUNDROMAT! Thank you guys!!!

Gentle Wash’s machines work very well and efficiently and are fairly priced. They also have free WiFi and a hand washing station which is very convenient!

Ugh hole in my brand new sock -_- why do your machines do this?? What if this was a nice shirt or pants or something. I don't understand

Edit: when i bring a new pair of socks to the laundromat and there is a gapping hole after (1 inch diameter) when i do my laundry i think that only leaves one explanation...nice try though

Great laundromat with very nice people running it. Tons of machines and a lot of space for easy organization. Has an ATM, coin machine, and washing supplies. Really appreciate that it's open till 10 pm too.
