I live in Presque Isle and dropped off clothes Tuesday morning before flying out of the Bangor Airport. I was promised that the clothes would be ready on or before Friday. When I returned on Sunday, they weren't there. It should NOT take a week to get clothes dry cleaned when I was promised that it would take only a few days. And I should not have to drive 160 miles to pick up clothes that should have already been there. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
You are 100% correct. We made a mistake. I would be more than happy to carefully fold the items and mail them to your home address, hoping they won't get wrinkled during shipping. Quiet, clean, and roomy. I've been doing laundry there for awhile now and have no complaints.
The dry cleaning is done off site but the turnaround is decent.
