Your best bet is to send it to the manufacturer - Gold Star doesn't do well with unusual items..... and charge accordingly

So tanning, are we going to have to make an appointment for tanning now? Seems to me that it should be first come first serve. Same as the washers and dryers. I don't mind if it is already in use, I'll come back later.
