I've been using this laundromat for years and have never had any issues. I went there last week and the attendant was very rude (I know she's not the regular staff because the staff who is normally there is on vacation. She is great). I was using my computer at the table while my clothes were drying and the attendant asked me if I was doing laundry and that I couldn't "be in here" if I wasn't. No kidding? That's not a bad question in and of itself, I guess...I'm sure there are plenty of people who hang out in laundromats not doing laundry. This attendant was just mean about it, though. And did she apologize when I said I was, in fact, doing my laundry at the laundromat? No. Did she apologize when she saw me folding said laundry, again while at the laundromat? No. I wasn't expecting her to get down on her knees and beg forgiveness, but a simple "Hey, sorry about that, we get a lot of weirdos stealing wifi in here" would have been nice. But no, nothing. Superb customer service right there. I'll be finding another laundromat.
