So today, November 6th, Wednesday, 2024, my son and I came in to do laundry, and one of your machines stopped midway when we went to go, pull the clothes out they were half wet. We asked the employee there. If they could refund the $6.50, he said he had no key and he couldn't get into the box to give the refund back, so it was just too bad. Then he stated that we didn't push start when we know we put start because the clothes are wet and it has soap on them so later on because I was still drying clothes he came out and gave us $6.50 but he said this would be the first and last time you happens. Again, we won't get a refund, so if the machines break down here. Do not expect a refund. You might want to stay away from this laundromat.

I just moved to Logan Square and thin laundry in close to me and open 24 hours... I went this morning to wash my clothes.. the place was packed.. I was very disappointed with the service... people was eating in the tables that we use to fold the clothes.. those tables were with sugar from the sodas a grease from the food... I told the person in charge and he basically didn't do anything... people is washing and drying shoes even boots... you could see some of the machines with marks from the shoes.. I think they need to put a little more order...

This is one of the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to I've been going here for years so far so good management is really nice it always helpful

me and my mom go here every Saturday we start 1 hour and probably end in 1-2 hours. sometimes there never space to sit but sometimes there is. The guy is always cleaning and checking on the machines. The best laundry place ever and plus free dryer. The best!
