**also, loaded $20 on my laundry card, it worked perfectly in the kiosk to load, then proceeded to say error on every machine - they told me my card was damaged and "couldn't look up the balance" and refused to reimburse me. And don't bother proving it with a receipt bc their receipt cutter for the kiosk is conveniently always broken. Lastly, I used to pay for wash and fold services; on several occasions I was missing a significant amount of items upon return. I thought it was just me and I must've been confused, but in reading other reviews it seems this is a common occurrence here.

Rude staff, half the dryers do not work and the washers are always still full of other's detergent and hair. Had been coming here for 7 years out of convenience until a newer attendant told me I was lying over dryer time (my clothes were still soaked and she said I had only paid for 6 minutes when I had literally gotten 60 minutes for free).

I love the 24 hour convenience and giant washers..The prices are about average so I say a good place for laundry.. 😊 …
