Easy quick and out. A machine was leaking and was all over the floor in on area but otherwise my experience was good.

It was hot out so I appreciated the air conditioning and table to eat my lunch at while I waited for my laundry to be done.
No bathroom though but Hannaford solved that. Otherwise it was clean and orderly.

I walked in to get my change so I could do laundry and usually I grab a cart to bring it out to my car to bring my laundry in because I have a bad back. As soon as I enter the building, an older woman probably around 60 to 70 years old With long brown hair and glasses immediately starts with an attitude with me. She says “ You can’t be in here getting changed unless you’re doing laundry here” And mind you, I have taken three steps into the business. You have mold in your washers you should be kinder to your customers and be grateful for the business you get. I left immediately because I’m not giving people who give me attitude money absolutely outrageous the amount of attitude I got in for being there for less than a minute. Now I’m off to Laundro lab where the customer service is the best and all the machines are trusted AND clean

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for about a year and it’s pretty consistently terrible. Only once in a year have I been here at the same time as an attendant. There are constantly huge puddles on the floor, only a handful of large machines (and even less that work), most of the small machines are broken, the single load washers haven’t worked the entire time I’ve been coming here. Dryers are hit or miss and all seem to dry on high heat.
It was truly disgusting in there today. Overflowing trash, filthy floors, garbage everywhere. We actually decided to just bring our wet clothes home rather than stay and fight for a functioning dryer.
We’re considering driving into the city to do laundry there, which is a huge bummer because this place is less than 1/4 mile from our home. I wish someone would open a competing laundromat in the New North End. They would do really, really well.

It was acceptable but not super user-friendly. Management seemed kind and helpful, but the structure of the place and service is lacking. Doors lock at midnight, which limits access, only 2 large (10 load) washers and no large dryers. There are no options for paying with a credit card, and all machines need quarters....imagine having to pay $9 in quarters...time consuming. Other than these three points, it's all right.

I lost $15 in the change machine yesterday. There's no number to call.

I have waited awhile to review this laundromat because I understand that there was a change in staffing, and a fire last year. However, after today, I decided it has been long enough for any improvements to have shown themselves. So, of the few high speed washers, only 2 work properly. The signs on the others have been there months. One doesn't complete a final spin, making your clothing soaking wet on removal. Several of the others only work with the cold water option. Constantly thousands of dryer sheets on the floor. I know, normal humans clean up after themselves, but apparently in this area it's cool to just leave all of your trash on the floor. Also, today I found an empty Suboxone wrapper on the floor. I'm all for people getting sober but please don't leave the wrapper on the floor for kids to pick up. 3 years ago this place was not awful. Now, the prices have raised with less working equipment. It's close to my home so I have been dealing with it for convenience, but I think now I've seen enough. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because the one woman I see occasionally who works there is extremely nice and tries her best with what she's got.

I’ve used this laundromat several times, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. First of all, nearly half of the machines are frequently out of order. It’s not a one-time thing—this has happened many times, making it really difficult to get laundry done efficiently, especially when it’s busy.

Another ongoing issue is the change machine. There have been multiple instances where I’ve put in cash to get change, and the machine just takes the money without giving anything back. This is frustrating and feels like a total rip-off. It’s clearly not just a fluke—this has happened on several occasions.

Even worse, many of the dryers are in poor condition. Some of them have black, sticky, burned residue inside, which is not only disgusting but has actually damaged my clothes. When you’re drying expensive or delicate items, this is totally unacceptable.

Honestly, I think it’s time the owner takes some responsibility for the condition of this place. The machines need proper maintenance, and the dryers especially need to be cleaned and repaired. People are paying to use this service, and at the very least, we should expect machines that work and won’t ruin our clothes.

Until these issues are addressed, I can’t recommend this laundromat to anyone who values their time or their clothing.
