This laundromat has had bad reviews in past but we decided to try it for convenient location and good parking near supermarket. I was pleased to see a very helpful attendant in place, new floors ,clean and only a few of their many machines still “on vacation” ….upgrades are being done. We were very happy with the speed of the wash and dry. Washers a bit pricey but dryers quite reasonable. Over all value good. If I lived here. I would be returning.

I have no problem with the machines whatsoever; I usually go first thing in the morning on Saturdays, just to get there before the crowds; the door has never unlocked at the time it was supposed to be open, I'd always had to wait 7-10 minutes before it finally unlocked; after not having been here for a couple of weeks due to other things, I came at my usual time this morning and waited longer than usual, until I double checked the hours online, I discovered their new operating hours, they don't open at 6 anymore, they open at 7, it's not even posted on their door, you'd think they would update it for patrons who want to get their laundry done as early as possible; they need more seating there too; it's frustrating and unprofessional to keep patrons in the dark like this.

Update 08/12/24:
Changing my review from 3 to 4 stars. This place has changed a lot since my first review. The older woman who works there (possibly the owner) is extremely kind and polite. The place could still use some cleaning but they now offer laundry washing service and even pick up and delivery.

Typically dirty. The whole place could use a good scrub! There are always several washers and dryers out of service, and worse, the change machines are often out of quarters! I use the place out of convenience but if given the choice I'd go somewhere else.

What a dump. No attendant floors need cleaning and locked bathrooms. Can’t get water. Won’t come back!!!

Disgusting. Avoid if you can. The owners should be ashamed of the state of this place. It’s been in disrepair for years. The washing machines smell horrible like mold and mildew, and at least half of them are “on vacation” (bad owner’s way of cutely saying “we’re too cheap to repair these machines”) at any given point. Been like this for well over 5 years. Today the machine wouldn’t open after my wash finished (after the change machine there shorted me for an $8 load of laundry) and there’s no way to get ahold of anyone.

To many bums hanging around asking for money its uncomfortable to try and do clothes and people r begging for money and doing wierd stuff time to find a new laundromat this is the 3 bad experince

Awful place where there’s a 50% chance of the machines stealing your money and a 30% chance of the machines just breaking. The big heavy load machines are especially prone to breaking. No attendant is ever around to help with the inevitable disaster you’ll experience and the company will never respond to your requests for help or a refund. Truly despicable, choose any other laundromat if you can. I stupidly used the place for a year until I could afford a washer machine, because it was close. Better to add some time to your drive and avoid it. It has low stars for a reason.

My wife and I have gone to this laundromat for the past 13 years. This place has had some struggles over the years but I have never experienced such disgraceful customer service in my life. We have always done our laundry Late in the evening due to our work schedule. Last night I started my laundry a little after 9pm and at around 10:15pm a very rude foreign man comes in and starts telling me and my wife very disrespectfully next time we are there when he comes at night he is kicking us out whether our laundry is done or not and calling the cops. We tried to explain our work situation and that we have been loyal customers for 13+ years regardless of this place’s conditions and it has never been an issue. We know not to let anyone in after 10pm when the doors lock as they have had issues with homeless people staying there in the past. This guy was not listening and continued to berate us and talk down threatening to call the the police then left. About an hour later As we were finishing folding and getting ready to leave he came back pounding on the doors and windows. My wife went to the door and asked do you need to come in he yelled NO you need to leave to which she replied we are getting everything now. He continued yelling and then proceeded to call someone on his phone the cops or the owner I’m not sure but then proceeded to yell at them that we were inside and not leaving fast enough, but no we had not broken any laws. Upon loading our car to leave. He stands in front of our car with his phone as if he was taking pictures or a recording I told him my plate numbers to all my vehicles for his reference and he proceeds to flip us off. I said real professional and pulled away. He then proceeded to run after us chasing us down screaming and yelling my wife tried to take his picture he turned around and started to pull down his pants to flash us. I have never experienced such disgusting behavior in my life. And there is no contact information for this business or the management or owners!

This place is so dirty. I always have to thibnk twice before coming here. The machines are dusty. The whole place is full of garbage on the floor. Many machines do not work. We know they come everyday to put in change so.... why cant they pick a broom and sweep. The only reason i come here it's because it's close to my home.
