WOW! What has happened to this place ? I mean they always had a washer or dryer down from time to time. Now there are more washers out of order then working and it’s been months now!! Who ever owns this place should be ashamed!!!

My dryer at home is broken so i went there to just dry my clothes, it was very clean and quiet while i was there. There was an lady working, she was definitely quiet and didn't say really anything to me but was respectful.

I had to wash a load of laundry while on vacation recently. The place was clean, and the machines worked very efficiently. I did a load of sheets and a quilt and was there for about an hour and a half. They did have some dispensers for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. They are over by the dryers.

The website said they were open. Walked a couple of miles to find it was closed for repairs to the floor. Why don't the lazy uncaring management people take the time and courtesy to update their website..Very unprofessional service. Avoid.

Place is clean but the machines are not accurate. I used 2 machines that are the same. One said 16 min and the other said 21 min. on the same cycle. Dryers same thing. 1 machines said 7 min second machine said 5 min then 7 min. I consider that stealing time.
Attendant said the machines came from Dorset St. and the timers are just different but the time is the same..

I have been using Greer's on North Ave. for years. I recently went with a lot of laundry. The attendant (woman) was so rude. I went to dry my laundry and was told to take my laundry out of some of the dryers because I used too many. There was no-one else in the laundromat mind you. The attendant had 8 dryer marked for "Greer's Use Only", which she wasn't even using. I have never heard of a laundromat telling a customer to take their laundry out of a machine because they used too many dryers. This is a very bad business plan. I will never go there again.

I’ve been a customer at greers for many years now, I used to go to the one on Dorset street and befriend one of the lovely attendants Deb. After Dorset street closed I followed Deb to north avenue. The environment is much different then Dorset Street but deb does her best and powers through. She’s never flustered or upset when customers are yelling at her over many different issues. After long talk with her I’ve learned that recently greers has been going through an owner change and that’s why they are going though the machine issues lately. I recommend going here early in the morning or later in the afternoon when it’s less busy but if you get a chance to chat with Deb it’s worth it. Kudos to you Debbie ❤️
