I come here every Saturday never had any issues till today this Asian lady is so rude I get she's always working but at the same time that's your place of business if you have to much work hire someone to help stop being rude to the people who support your business I bet she rather do it herself fricking greed

Machines work good but it is very dirty fluid sticky hold trash cans for the rims of the dryer in the washer is filthy dirty I had to wash them before I use them won't be going back again it's a real shame the washing machines work Wonderful

Pretty easy machines and helpful worker there even when I visited midnight, she was very active. For sure a great spot to get your essentials taken care of.
Bring cash, new plastic bags, dryer sheets and pods.
Sink is readily accessible with soap and paper towels. That’s crucial, if you don’t realize it you will.
Nothing for me to complain about. I’d say all praises from me.

I absolutely love this laundromat. Miagi works overnight is my dude. Always so friendly. I bought him breakfast on Christmas Eve morning. This is my spot. Don't go anywhere else in the NE.

I have been using this laundromat drop off service since 2015, recently i have been missing, certain name brand items clothing. I spoke with the attendants, about my clothing including the owner, they all seem to not understand English. Beware of your expensive items being dropped off at H&Z!
