I would give this place zero stars if i could. It is a health hazard to the public. Drug addicts are allowed to loiter inside and out for the entire 3 hours i was there. Staff on site did nothing to stop it. They were in and out of the bathrooms. One guy was shaving his head in the back area falling out as he was doing it. Multiple drug deals in and out of the place. I had my husband sit in the car with my kids because i did not feel safe having them around anything like that. Unless this place cleans up i will not be returning. Disgusting.....

I was directed to a machine to wash my quilt by the staff. Four dollars a load. It stated 31 minutes and I set my alarm and it took 38 minutes. When I took it out, half of it was still dry. Which tells me it did not get washed. Not going …

There are people standing outside all the time, a guy had a big bag of weed just sitting out on the counter. The staff is nice and they do try to keep it clean but it's not the most comfortable environment. I have not felt comfortable staying inside while waiting for my clothes because it was crowded and smelled like cats and body odor. It used to be nicer but is just a place to go if you have to do laundry before work but the machines are all being used at the laundromat you normally use.
