10 reviewsI live in Memphis, TN, so it's no physical address for this company here yet! Which is strange, so I'm very confused at this point about who was cleaning my laundry ( Sub- contractor) !!!
I was a new customer, only used them twice. I use only white towels so I know they're clean properly. In my preference, I did ask for bleach to be used. I got 3 loads back on May 23rd. I travel a lot so I really hadn't noticed that some towels were not cleaned properly. Until a week later, I called customer service and emailed pictures. The customer service representative who called me back was definitely not trained properly in customer services. She provided excuses, not resolutions. So, I definitely won't recommend them! As a customer, I shouldn't have to tell you, " Don't bring me dirty towels back!" I paid YOUR company to clean them!
Sent off some area rugs to be washed… the rugs were returned wet, matted, smelled absolutely disgusting and they somehow managed to make the rugs look significantly worse than when we sent them off.
To add to the issue, they double charged me almost $70 for the service (they are small, lightweight ruggable rugs) and I had to call customer service twice because the charge was not corrected. I asked for a refund since the service was so terrible and they initially refused. It wasn’t until escalating the issue (and posting a review…) that they offered a refund. But we are still left now with an even bigger problem than we started with.
It’s not worth the risk.
Hi Elle, we are sorry for the experience that you had. We have spoken with the facility manager directly regarding the state of your rugs. They did clarify that the rugs came in excessively dirty and that they washed them both twice in an effort to get them as clean as possible. They did suggest if you were to send them in again for service, that you allow the use of bleach on them to help with the cleaning. We do recognize that you are unsatisfied with the results of the service, so we have refunded you in full. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you.
Our washer broke a couple of months ago. It was really unfortunate timing and we had significant delays with delivery of the new washer. We signed up for Happy Nest and it saved the day! It is very easy to use, the turnaround time is quick and our clothes came out great! Last week, our dryer broke and the first thing I did was to sign up for a Happy Nest pickup. The dryer repair was a no-go today, but our house is still running smoothly because we have Happy Nest.

Love having the option of a laundry service (not dry cleaner) that picks up and delivers. Drivers communicate well when they will arrive for pick-up. Customer service is excellent.

My 1st time using this service. Very courteous drivers. Clothes were neatly folded and hung. Will definitely continue using them.

I scheduled a laundry pickup from my apartment where I have had them picked up countless times by HappyNest. I even put my clothes outside as soon as I woke up at 7:30 am. It’s past noon and they are still outside. I get on the app and it just says “missed pickup” and to schedule a new one for 5 days from now… they never sent me any kind of notice or anything, and their app has 0 options to contact support. Do not use them.

UPDATE, 5 months later: My mistake for giving them a second chance. I was told by customer support that I needed to put my clothes outside by 7am, regardless of what their useless, incorrect “notification text messages” say. Literally the same scam I feel for last time. At 6:30am, I receive two text messages. 1st, that someone will arrive between 5:30 and 7:30 to pick up my clothes, and 2nd, that I missed my pickup at 6:22am. This is fraudulent business practices and I will be reporting them as such.
FYI, they know their notifications are inaccurate but refuse to do anything about it, so they can purposefully scam people.
Stay far far away from this company they will just take $25 from you as many times as they can for “missed pickups”, and refuse to refund you until you finally have to report them to your credit card company for fraud.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Wow. Horrible first experience. For my first pickup, they say someone will arrive at 8:50-9am. Then at 7:54am they CANCEL my pickup because “we couldn’t find any clothes to pick up”. 🤔

I would just like to say that I've been very impressed with the way you do business, your website is so easy to maneuver and the people that picked up and delivered my laundry were friendly and warm and professional. It was also so nice to be able to text a question and was promptly answered. My clothes are PERFECT and folded so nicely and for the amount of clothes I had to be laundered (which was a LOT - LOL), the price was fair and reasonable - this was my first time but it certainly won't be my last - the whole process was wonderful! THANK YOU!

I was drowning in mountains of clothes after a closet clean out. I have a washer and dryer but not a lot of time. I was mildly depressed and very overwhelmed having all of these clothes piled up everywhere in my home. On a whim I search laundry services not even thinking about one that would pick up and return my clothes. HappyNest stuck out and was by far the easiest and quickest service that came up. Account set up was easy and the schedule was perfect. The whole process was seamless. I knew from start to finish what to do, when to do it and where my items were. Not only that but I had so many options from what detergent, fabric softener and methods I wanted used in the care of my clothes. With other services I’ve never had that choice and was at the mercy of what they had. They came back the next day exactly how I wanted. I couldn’t be happier. Amazing service!! By far the best thing I’ve done for myself all month.

After an initial shaky start with miscommunication between them and I the pick up and delivery service went very well. I can't wait to use it again, due to my financial situation it will be next month, though.
