This business really needs new ownership or to shut down entirely.

Before going to wash my clothes, I checked the closing time and it said they close at 10:30. The woman in charge simply wouldn't let me in. There was more than an hour left until closing time.

Please report any problems you have with the supervisor. I witnessed the supervisor on duty today, 7/22/25, reprimanding a Latina woman for not using the laundry carts. The woman was just finishing when this man threw the cart at her, hitting her without considering the potential injury. He didn't even apologize. It's infuriating and makes me feel helpless! If you're not fit to work, don't work there. We all have bad days, but nobody deserves to be treated like that.

The laundry worker took my clothes out of the washing machine while I was putting other clothes to dry. He took them out without my permission just because someone else wanted that machine. If I'm in the laundry room, they are my personal things that I'm washing. I don't like someone else touching them.

My washer broke down, and I needed to do laundry badly. I looked up a few places near my condo and found HD Laundry. This will be my go-to place if I need a laundromat again. It was super clean, and, Mario, was so helpful to me. Thank you!!!

I usually go to this place all the time....until today. The older white man who works here told a Jamaican lady to "sort her clothes at her house and that's not how we do it in this country and she should go back to her own." And then told a 3 year old Hispanic child to "stop putting pennies in the machine and go back to where he came from". A 3 year old. I will NEVER come to this establishment again.

I prefer this laundromat. Clean, large washers/dryers. I have seen the attendant actually cleaning, so they was a plus for me. Considering the location, it’s not crawling with any zombies or roaches for that matter. And the bathroom was clean as well.

The man with grey hair and a hat at the front is rude and disrespectful. Took my grandma washing and she walked in with her cane while I was pushing the cart in for her. He didn’t greet nor was he respectful. He told her “we don’t have any public restroom” disrespectfully. Then accused her because she didn’t have laundry in her hand. We left immediately.

This place used to be a great laundromat but lately it has been dirty. I would like to add that today 1/31/26 vending machine ate my money and the change machine is shorting people 25 cents out of every dollar what a major disappointment.

This is the only Laundromat I can find so far that accepts debit/credit cards, cash, and coins. I really appreciated being able to pay with my card. The facility is very clean and has a nice calm atmosphere. They have a washing machine that can accommodate 13 loads of laundry at once! I didn't use it but I think that's a great option.
