I like that it's ALWAYS clean here and that it's small and intimate. I don't like large crowds. I also like how they added the stacked dryers and double load washers. Really help with getting done faster.

. There is no phone number listed to contact for refunds. The custodian helped me exchange laundry detergent. Thank God he was there because I can't use bleach, and had no way of contacting the owner for an exchange. The phone number listed in the building goes to the place next door. They really need to update that.

Creepy old guy will lock the door before 9 and give you an attitude about closing time at 10. He talks with some and is polite but is rude as can be with others. I come here a lot and it’s annoying. I can feel him staring at me while I am doing laundry. One time I confronted him about the door and he said it was automatic. I asked him to please let someone know to change it, and he snapped at me saying “It’s HER hours, not mine. If you have a problem with it, go somewhere else.” If I were to say that to any customer at a job, I’d be at least written up. I like this place otherwise and is conveniently close to my place. However, if I have to continue to put up with him, I’ll make a trip elsewhere to do laundry, even though it costs more.

Clean not to crowded big washers and all big dryer's. I don't spend alot when I come here it's pretty reasonable price wise.
