I’m always happy to see a 5-star rating. I can appreciate you felt you had a 2 star experience but without any comments, I don’t know what to address. We do appreciate your visit however and hope you come back.

When staff answering the phone for location service representative was oblivious to it when asked?? A little expensive $8 to wash

Lots of machines
Inexpensive. Relatively clean. Washed and dried two loads of laundry for $5

Connie - thank you so much for the review and what I really appreciate you sharing is the sweetness and smile of the attendants. We do think our team members are kind and that's what we go for. We also know that most folks are self-serve and won't ever engage with our team members but we recognize that even if you don't chat with the team member, their "vibe" affects the feeling in the store.
The price is what's needed just to keep the store open. You'll notice there are very few laundromats and even fewer attended laundromats. It's hard to make them work and we've hit on that in other reviews so won't dwell on that again here.
Thank you for acknowledging the cleanliness. We know that's important and one of the main reasons we stay attended. With UNattended stores the machines rarely if ever get a wipe down whereas we're through the store multiple times the day.

This laundromat is great. Now. It is kind of spendy. If you're used to paying two dollars a load for wash and dry. But I only spent 37 dollars, washed 8 loads including blankets (those giant machines are awesome!) and was in and out in just over an hour cause yay speed queen dryers!!! The giant machines are 17.50. BUT they legit hold SO. MUCH. clothes. And the big and giant dryers are as reasonably priced as any I've seen anywhere and I only spent 6 dollars on drying my clothes. There were very helpful attendants and not only was it clean when I got there despite being pretty busy, the attendant there was vacuuming and cleaning the whole time. This is a great place to go if you need to leave your place to do laundry, AND there are tons of food and quick place options just across the street if you don't want to wait in the laundromat and are hungry. The machines lock! Great place
