Fast, efficient machines, clean interior & convenient hours! Needs bike parking! car parking takes up the entire front of the building and I didn't have anywhere to put my bike when I rode down.
Thanks a ton Emrys. We're pretty keen on the fast, efficient machines ourselves. If you use any washer in the BIG room, you likely only need 25 minutes for drying getting out of the store in 1 hour. We love that. Speak to an attendant … More
Thank you very much for the star review Andy. Much appreciated.
Thank you very much for the star review Andy. Much appreciated.
When I picked up my suit from the dry-cleaners, the padding was out of place. I took it to a tailor who found that the padding had been ripped from the inside wall of the suit and rolled into lumps. The cleaners clearly tried to flatten the …
Very sorry this happened Dallin. I wish you had brought it back so we could talk with our dry cleaning partner. We have an outside partner for the dry cleaning with numerous regular, repeat, satisfied customers. Doesn't sound like you'll … More
$10 to wash and dry a blanket is kinda pricey especially considering the place is pretty run down and unclean. Theres also no place to sit while you wait.
It's a laundry mat.. $8 to wash & dry 2 loads. Not bad. No restroom.
Thank you for taking the time J’s Gmail….really appreciate you stopping in and taking the time to comment.
100% appreciate your grading scale!!!
You’ve got high standards and I appreciate that.
The 3 reviews immediately before yours were:
5 stars: “This laundromat is great.”
5 stars: “What a great find!”
5 stars: “WOW!”
But are we really a 5-star laundromat? I don’t know.
We’re a solid 3 for sure. More often a good 4. Maybe a 5 on a really good day.
I won’t complain if our store made them feel like they had a 5-star experience. I certainly appreciate that they felt that way and felt to share it.
But we absolutely, solidly hit the 3 star mark….easily!
I whole heartily agree with you….In fact, I think every 3-star laundromat should have all the features we offer. Our layout and offerings should just be the baseline for every laundromat. This should be the standard. Sadly, many laundromats do not offer what we do.
What’s that baseline?
ATTENDED
- Every laundromat should be attended. Do you feel safe in an unattended store? Safe at all operating hours?
- Do you really know which machines work and don’t? Who do you tell and get help from if you noticed you didn’t get hot water?
- Has someone else’s soap been sitting in the soap tray since the first wash this morning?
- Did the person before you so oversoap the machine, you’re getting their soap and yours?
- Simply have a question about how to wash, or load, how to pay?
- Nervous about leaving your clothes to get a cup of coffee?
- ATTENDED STORES SHOULD BE A BASELINE.
WATER, WATER, WATER – best wash in Seattle
- We offer the MOST water per wash in Seattle. Water is a HUGE expense in Seattle and at most stores the water is turned down or their machines are programmed to cut the water back on smaller loads. We turned ours UP!!
- Pay for a BIG machine? You should get BIG water. At our store you DO. Other laundromats cut the water to match the load size. LARGE machine but smaller load…at other laundromat’s you get small water at a LARGE price.
- Still smell the soap in your clothes at other laundromats?
o BIG water in the wash gets the dirt out.
o BIG water in the rinse cycles gets the soap out.
o You need BIG water and we provide BIG water.
- WATER, WATER, WATER SHOULD BE A BASELINE
CASH or APP or CARD and NO PROPRIETARY CARD REQUIRED, in fact we’ll buy yours.
- Frustrated by laundromats with their proprietary, “use only here”, cards?
- Coins? Yup.
- Bills? Yup.
- Smartphone? Yup. Simple, talks to every machine, stays on your phone so you won’t lose the ‘card’ and YOU get YOUR money back with a few simple clicks if you want.
- Credit Card? We encourage the smartphone app but our ATTENDANT can get you started if you only have a card.
- No proprietary cards.
- STUCK with an old laundry card? Trade it in! We’ll pay for your drying that day on traded in proprietary laundromat cards.
PARKING and DOUBLE DOORS for entry
- 9 dedicated parking stalls. Just for you. No sharing with other businesses.
- Double doors to easily get your loads into/out of the building.
- PARKING AND EASY ENTRY SHOULD BE A BASELINE
60 MINUTE LAUNDRY
- The BIG room has been designed to get you IN/OUT in 60 minutes for ALL your laundry.
- The washers are HIGH SPEED EXTRACTION removing so much water the drying time is greatly reduced.
- REVERSING dryers – Find the dryers with the checked flag and they’ll help dry you even faster. All the dryers get you out in 60 minutes
- 60 MINUTE WASHING SHOULD BE A BASELINE
CLEAN STORE – ALL DAY LONG, not only if you’re the first customer of the day
- Vacuuming throughout the day
- Wiping down machines throughout the day
- Cleaning soap trays throughout the day
- CLEAN STORE, ALL DAY LONG, SHOULD BE A BASELINE
Solid baseline.
J’s Gmail – thank you for mentioning the bathroom.
We do NOT have a bathroom and thanks for bringing it to folks attention.
We hope 60 minute laundry gets you in/out enough to help with that.
Thank you Rosa.
Thank you for visiting Lanya.
Mike - we definitely have some 1 star days, no doubt. So sorry that was your experience. Any comment to help us understand how it was a 1 star for you would be appreciated. We talk these across the staff to see if we can do better.

Rude staff. Took whites in and they came out brown
Very nice attendants. Great machines.
NO restroom. Across street to Subway or Mcdonalds.
