Good services.. clean facility.. clean bathrooms.. I have nothing but great service when I go here. One employee in particular named charity is wonderful at her job.. everytime I go here she's scrubbing the bathrooms or cleaning the machines. I see her go the extra mile to help her customers too... and she alway has a smile on her face which makes the boring chore of laundry better. Lol

Horrible and the employees workers are rude. The owner need to look into this business. The machines are always broken. If you having a great day. Do not go there on the days your off for work. Because they are so rude. Its Hollywood Laundry that's supposed to be 24 hrs. Do to the pandemic it's closed at 11. The young employees leaves early. People leave the clothes in the washer. You can wash your clothes till they come back to get them. And most of the machines are broken if you want to get the biggest ones. I wash a woman so sweet. And she behalf of below of my age and the arguing with her about the wash machine because it over flowed. The woman that was working was so rude to everyone. And she was gossip and using profanity in the business for those two hrs. They woman that she's arguing with just went off. That I told her I understand. She was there two hrs with me too. She was so upset 😭 that she called ride after they told her they give her a dollar for she can dry her clothes. Then her clothes was dry. That's beautiful woman said. First I can't use the restroom. And you don't wear your mask. And they you arguing with me and I said nothing and did nothing wrong. I would never ever go back to Hollywood Laundry Mat. It's should be called Hollywood Horrifying Laundry Do Not 🚫. I hate laundry days because I stay on five points. It's not good energy. And they don't love they job. They are so disrespectful. So I give them the lowest # in experience. I advice you to have your own things. It's not worthy. Negativity is bad energy. I don't deal with them personalities.

It's a decent environment but too many washers and dryers out of order not enough laundry basket to move clothes back and forth it has been a decent place but 😕 too much out of order …

I mostly feel comfortable everywhere I go however there’s bad vibes here though when the older lady Thelma (I believe is her name) is there. She obviously doesn’t like children and just has a nasty attitude. Other than that it’s okay- but you never know who’s working so I’d rather just not go.

Since they fired the black workers, the place is never open or the owner & her husband always late & it’s closed. . . yet today is Monday 7-12 but times are 7-10. Unsatisfied place been closed for 4days straight no signs or nothing! Would like to get funds back from card asap!
