I have gone here on a regular basis over the last few years to do my family's laundry. A lot of changes have happened in that time. At first, all of the machines were in good working order. You could get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Each time I go now, there are more and more machines with an Out of Order sign or that display an error and do not work. This is inconvenient because so many people do their laundry here. There are 4 industrial sized washers in the front, but only 1 works. There are more than 10 regular or large sized washers and dryers that are also not working. And now the bathrooms are Out of Order too?! Come on!

On Google it says Hollywood closes at 12 . Yet I was stopped at the door at 10:20 by a gentleman (employee) telling me that they weren’t taking anymore loads after 10:30. I had just gotten off of work and only had a comforter which wouldn’t have took me but all of an hour to wash and dry. I expressed concern of what the problem was to him if it was 10:20 and they close at 12. He said he wasn’t about to go back and forth and closed to doors. That was rude and he also is abusing hte power of his position

This place was great when it first opened. Now the owner don't fix the washers or dryers. They have tripled the price of drying when only 75% of them work.

They need different people who actually takes this job serious instead of people gossiping and acting as if the business is a concert hall or the club... I understand there really isnt much to do other than cleaning dryers out sweeping and mopping floors etc. But having a young minded person in the place of business running it like its a club is unprofessional

For starters, the never answer thier phone. Half of the equipment, especially dryers are out of order. The workers work diligently and are very good!

The only thing I have to complain about is that there was no restroom to use. The staff was wonderful. The machines were affordable

Why are ya'll lying? Did someone pay you or give you a free wash? Ya'll know damn well that the old chick (Thelma) is the most obtuse, vile, rude employee there. The lady (and I use that term liberally) acts like she owns the place!!!!!
