Awful. Dryers don't work. If you loose money, due to the machine not heating properly, there is a number to call. There is not an attendant to help. You have to call and I guess maybe they will see if you are entitled to the monies you gave. Honest, who has time to wait for 4 quarters?

Our Little Homestead Oasis

This laundry is ok, always packed and stays busy. Now with COVID there's some changes and it's to be expected. It's open 24 hr thats the best thing and prices are not bad. The place is not spic n span and a few of the dryers and washers are out of commission... more than it should be. However my clothes come out very clean and it's my choice to get my laundry done while others are closed and sleeping.

You all truly do not deserve a star let alone to be in business. My clothes has been LOCKED in you alls washer for a little over a month. I’ve contacted the company’s office which is located in Georgia and was told they was going to fix it and wash it. Then spoke with them again and was told they were going to refund me for my clothes which was supposed to been mailed about a week ago. I have yet to receive anything and my clothes are still in the washer. I’ve been contacting them and now there’s no answer. You all need to do better or do business elsewhere. Dont come to our side to meas us over for your gain

This is a terrible place. They take your money and make excuses not to give your money back. You have to borrow a total stranger's wash cards in order 3 wash or dry.

Even though it's far from where I live.... If, and when I go, it's always late night the older gentleman that's pretty much always there is very courteous. Even when I have my sleepy moments, like forget the minimum when using a debit card is 10$ he never fails to lending a helping hand!!!! Or, when I'm to tired to haul all my clothes, he will stop what he's doing and take them inside for me... This is always my spot to go when I have to use a laundromat!!!!

My first visit was two weeks ago and I was very impressed...facilities were clean and staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely return again...

It's okay if certain staff members are not there. Half of the staff have nasty attitudes. Plus they are very rude. But if you are lucky to go there when the nice people are around then you will have a pleasant visit to the laundromat.
