Wash is always work great Dryets are hit or miss don't use the ones closest to the door
Floors need to be cleaned ...one of the dryers had funky smell...will try again
Reasonable prices,
Kind of beat up laundromat with old machines. You can really tell it’s been here for a long time. There was nobody when I went there so it was a quick in and out.
Terrible workers here who verbally attack you and threaten to call police on you. He had no standing when it came to involving the police, for crisis sake my HUSBAND is a police officer and witness this abhorrent behaviour. To top it off, when I called the owner to complain about discrimination and baseless threats towards customers, I was completely ignored. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Here is my story:
We had a pipe burst and needed to come to do some laundry. I have a service dog for an unseen disability, and the gentleman working the security asked me to leave woth the dog. Even after I told him he was a service dog. My dog was quietly lying by my feet chewing on his bone not barking, running around or creating a disturbance. The guy then told me that either the bone goes or the dog does. According to Federal and ADA guidelines, this is not a valid reason to ask my dog to leave. The ADA clearly states:
The dog must be able to remain behaviorally stable in a wide range of environments; gentle and non-reactive (no barking, growling, etc.).
The dog must be able to remain focused, quiet, and dutiful to its handler versus wandering or becoming distractible.
A dog’s energy level must be low enough that the dog should be able to lie or sit on the floor next to its handler quietly without lots of movement.
When walking on a leash, the dog should be calm and attentive without pulling, barking, or lunging.
My dog was very quiet and calm. Because he was chewing on a bone wasnt a reason to be kicked out. Never going here again as they will discriminate for no valid reason at all.
All working-Good clean wash/dry machines
