Dryer at home broke. Forgot how hot those dryers get. The clothes I couldn't even touch them . I wish my drive got that hot

Old, half working washing machines. Quarters get stuck in slot constantly and when you tap on it to move it along, owner yells at you over the speaker. Where you add the detergent is disgusting. Hot water wash is with cold water. When assistance is needed, no response and you are ignored. Can't wash a single small blanket with a fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases without owner yet again, telling you over the speaker how to do YOUR laundry. The customer service skills are seriously lacking and the whole place needs to be deep cleaned and updated. Awful even for a place with bare minimum services.
EDIT: As soon as my review was up, the owners showed up and started sweeping and 'fixing' the machines. Then proceeded to ask my bf to find another laundromat next time. He dried the clothes and stayed outside the whole time. As he was walking out the door the owners wife says, "Oh, just look at his tattoos. How classy" Lady, if tattoos offend you, you might want to hide. The world is a lot worse than that.

Owner or whoever works there yelled at my mom for having “too much laundry” in the washer, which was not true ! I took videos once he kept freaking out and threatened me with the cops! He proceeded to tell me to get out of his laundry mat, although my clothes were already in the washer with soap. There’s definitely a more polite way of going about a situation than hollering through a video camera in front of a bunch of other people! Never coming back again, and from the reviews I’m not the first person he’s done it too.

all machines have mold and grime built up. they never ever clean the machines. super expensive for what you pay for.

The sign says they close at 9 but apparently they close whenever they want. Came in just before 8:30 to dry clothes. Would have been out of there by 9 but the owner was incredibly rude and told me to leave! Won't be returning!!
