89 reviewsLots of washing machines and dryers. Regular washers are $4 and a quarter per 5 minutes dryer machines. Clean and spacious place. Lots of parking available and their own change machine.
Amazing facility!
This was my first time there and there was another guy that was drying his clothes after he left he came back in and came to the table and pushed my clothes onto the floor
I wish I read the reviews before stepping foot into this laundromat. People watch you through the cameras and their machines are just as broken as they are overpriced.
The person on the other end of the camera is very quick to tell you they don’t need your business, so they will never have mine again.
I was banned from here today for putting my blanket in the top load machine instead of the side load machine. Yep. That's all it takes. Called the cops and everything. Don't waste your money here. Horrible owner. Check out the other reviews
Worst laundry experience of my life. Washer didn’t wash my clothes, they came out half dry and when I tried to tag out the machine the owner yelled at me through the speaker saying “don’t tag that out it works fine” when I tried to explain what happened he just yelled back I watched it through the camera it works fine… next I went over to the dryers (using 4 of them) one of them started and shut off after I inserted all my money. No one here to help support your issues, machines are gross, old and just terrible. Again worst experience of my life I would rather wash my clothes in the Merrimack River…. Just want to add I never leave reviews I literally created an account to do this because it was just so terrible.
I used to love coming here, machines are decently priced for the area and it’s in a convenient location next to dollar tree in case I need any extra laundry supplies. But this is going to be my last time coming here. Writing this review from the parking lot after the owner or manager whoever completely yelled and freaked out at me over the intercom. The large washers are 40 pound washers, I was putting 2 small laundry baskets into one machine and she screamed at me for over filling the machine? Kinda just seems like she wants people to just use and pay for more machines then they actually need, if the place is hurting for money that badly that they feel the need to scream at people over $5, that’s pretty sad for them. I even asked a man also doing his laundry if he thought it was too full, he did not. There was plenty of space still in the machine, I was only washing 2 bags of small clothing items. Pretty disappointing being treated like this after months of being a regular weekly customer, she screamed at me to go somewhere else: don’t worry, I will be and I encourage everyone else to as well. Cityside laundromat is just up the street, and the owner there is much more friendly and polite than whoever is in charge here.
