Over priced, old machines, they talk to you through a camera and are not at all helpful when there is a problem. Are also rude when speaking through the camera. The one down the street is way nicer and takes debit cards.

Dated laundrymat. The owner needs to get in there and empty the machines so that you can put quarters in them and not yell at the people through the microphone of the cameras. Update the place!

The attendant was very very helpful & super polite. She was there within 10 minutes of calling the number for assistance with coin machine.

The machines are super old and to get the quarters to actually go into the machine sometimes you have to bang on it. I’ve never had a problem at a laundry mat doing that to get the coins in but these people will yell at you over the speakers to “stop pushing the coins in and drop them in” or will yell at you in front of other customers for “filling the machine too much” when it’s not even halfway full. But when it comes to refunding customers their money when their machines fail to start/dry (which happens constantly) they ignore it, half fix the machines and years go by without you getting your money back. You’re way better off going literally anywhere else to do laundry. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Very dirty extremely rude will never go back very run down not a good place to do your laundry if need help they will not help and they have cameras if they see you do something they don't like they will yell at you and you should look at all the reviews before you go and look out for bugs I seen a dead bed bug on the floor by the washer so please take care

DONT USE WASHING MACHINE 32. Rinse not working. It will take some of your laundry detergent at final rise. This happened to me another time i went back in though they fixed it and nope not fixed this time i decided to put the tag that says not to use the machine and someone yelled over the camera what is wrong with the machine I told her and she says to me “I just watched the machine nothing is wrong with it take the tag off” i didnt. Shortly after she comes in and saw that the detergent is still there poured water from the bucket in the washer and tells me that its working. While I was waiting for my clothes to dry machine, went into a rinse and sure enough there was no water in the machine while rinsing. I told her that was the problem she didnt say anything and walked away. Until someone else comes in to use it and has the same problem. Luckily she gave me my money back, i will not be going there again!
