I've come to this laundry mat and million times and there is always stuff broken im sick of loosing money and the owners taking forever to get back to you. They own tons of stores and laundromats but don't care about there customer service .I'm so sick of this place but it's the closest one to my house

A business doing right by the customers and for the customers. Always going above and beyond to fix the problems and be even more accommodating with their solutions!!!!! 100/10 highly reccomend

Had an issue tonight with a drier not working and when insay the new owners care about their customers I mean it.
Ever since they took over any problems anyone has are immediately addressed.

They are paying to have my laundry re dried and are playing personal security because I only realized the drier was broken right before closing. The hours are fantastic. 6am to 11 pm. The machines are always clean and well maintained.
Like inl said previously , I love it here and have zero complaints.
Thank you so so so much for having my back and everyone else's back!!!

I frequent this location to wash my queen size comforter. I use to hate coming here. The machines were filthy and the place was abysmal. However. Since its been under new management the machines are obviously frequently cleaned and maintained. No soap or mold build up at the part where you put your detergent. There is lighting. 20/10 when it comes to laundromatts!!!!!

Great place but they upped their prices and unfortunately I'm going to have to look elsewhere. 8.00 for double washer from 6.50, 5.00 for regular washer from 4.00 and didn't look at the triple washer.

First and last time using this place for me. Right off the bat the washing machine gobbled 8 dollars worth of quarters and then wouldn't work. 8 dollars to do one load of wash is very overpriced. I ended up spending 30 dollars just washing and drying 2 loads of laundry + the 8 dollars that got stolen from me. The floor had trash all over the place. I'm giving 2 stars because this place is open 24/7.

If I could rate this place no stars I would I’ve lost over two hundred dollars in cloths by them being ruined because there is left over bleach in the drums of the washers. I’ve lost about 70 dollars in money over the last six months because machines are not well maintained. He only partially refunded my boyfriend and I every time I go there I lose money because a machine is broken and clearly not stated that the machine is broken. He does not make it better highly suggest not going here.

It is clean and opened 24 hours. It would be nice if they had one of those supersized front loaders. The cost seems average for the machines although the top loaders could be reduced a little. The biggest front loader is $9.00 and all the other front loaders are $ 8.00. The top loaders are $5.00 The dryers are expensive and you only get 5 minutes for 25 cents. The bathroom had no soap or papertowels. I paid in cash but per a notice I guess if you use the app the cost for the washing machines is 50 cents less. The app doesn't seem accurate as to the machines that are available. I was using 2 washers and 3 dryers and the app said they were available. I assume it can only track if the machines are actually being paid for through the app but I don't know. The soap vending machine needs to be restocked. I came here because it is close to my house and I would return if needed.

Owner answers phone EVERY time there is an issue . She was happy to help and assist with machine and refund my money. Clean, friendly environment
