No staff on duty, change machine doesn’t take $1 bills….but does take $2 bills. Floor was covered in trash and one washing machine was filled with garbage pieces. Three washers and two dryers were out of order.

Almost half the machines in there were out of order. Both change machines were out. Some machines do accept credit card but the swipes were taped up with a sign that said coin only. Even less drying machines worked, and one of the big speed dryers worked but needed the lint cleaned. The lint door was locked for some reason, no idea why they did that. So that machine is technically out of order now, too. Worst laundromat I’ve seen in a while. Called for service but it just took me to a long automated message, only to tell me at the end that they would address it on the next business day. Never coming here again

Great laundromat, speedy machines. Laundry cycle is 35 minutes and dryer is 20. Credit card machines were out of service and the change machine won't take $1 bills

If this review could go less it would. DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT, do your laundry here.
If you must, DO NOT walk away from laundry facility, DO NOT walk into 7-11, DO NOT set a timer on your phone and walk across street to grab a bite at food trucks.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR FOR WHATEVER REASON! IT WILL GET TOWED!
You will be left stranded with 3 kids and laundry in dryer because your vehicle was towed with your car seats, diaper bag and laundry bags and a toddler with a blowout!
Then when you call tow company they will tell you they checked 7-11 which they didn’t because their were witnesses, and to figure it out.
Moral of story: DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY AT THIS FACILITY if you don’t wish to pay a $200 tow fee and have the worst night of your life.

BE CAREFUL!! coming here with a car. They towed my car ten minutes after I started my laundry(while I’m on the property) police called them to explain but the company didn’t care. Still charged me hundreds of dollars to get my car back

A small laundromat thats quite busy. Its located near the back of a 7-eleven store. When we went there ,a few of the machines were out of service but we found some that did the job. Coming super early in the morning or late at night is the best bet since theres less people at those times.

Clean and relatively inexpensive. For $3.00 to wash and $1.75 to dry, I was able to wash a medium load that fit into a carry on size suitcase.

Washer wrung most of the water out of my clothes so I only had to add one quarter doe 3 extra minutes to the initial $1.50 for 18 minutes.

Change machine that takes $1, $5, $10, and $20 for quarters. ATM and pop machine. A few washers and dryers that take credit cards but mostly take quarters.

Within a short walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village. I would have spent $4 to have the hotel laundry one pair of underwear so I consider finding this laundry mat a win since I spent $4.75 for the medium load I did.

Great place to do laundry. About 30 minutes to wash and 30 minutes to dry. The top loaders cost $4 and front loaders are $11-14. They have detergent and fabric softeners available. The change machine only takes $2/5/10 bills that you can exchange at the 7-11 nearby.

Do laundry at 3am but have people with limited washers and half or more of dryers not working. Large load washers have no instructions where to put soap in machine.
Usually busy around 10pm and 7-11 next door is nice. Cameras and microphone system works as heard a voice over speaker to homeless person get up and leave and kept on it until he left. Price not bad 3.50 to wash with options and 7 quarters for 21 minutes + 3 minutes each extra quarter added. Just wish had instructions to load soap big machines and had more smaller white machines would be great. Gotta be back don't know where to go since makiki is now not 24 hours.

READ BEFORE GOING: Had our car towed after being there for 20 minutes had to pay $200 to get it back at 11pm with a predatory tow company. On top of many machines not working. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere else.
