Fast, friendly, clean. What’s not to love?
Love Jane Laundry. Have been using them for almost a year now so I wanted to share for other New Yorkers without laundry. They have handled all my clothes with care, never lost or shrunk any item and are extremely reliable and responsive. They pickup within 30 mins usually if I call them last minute even. Appreciate them so much!
Completely ruined a $200 shirt and won't respond to any of my requests for reparations.
