Jessica Landry mat is an excellent place to come they have great customer service friendly all the time and helpful all of them are there the only one I would go to for Landry nice as well I would recommend them to any one

Very disappointed, few triple loaders, one stained all my whites, couldn't select my water preference, and the staff was standoffish, I didn't feel welcomed at all. Not everyone speaks Spanish, it would be nice if English was used and the tv was a joke, but not funny! I won't be back!

One of the only ‘mats in this part of town and they have big washers so it’s not 1 star. But there are literally hobos sleeping in the shop and dudes smoking tweak and pan-handling outside. I’m used to the burbs so maybe this is just standard m.o. in the city but dang, not my first choice...

Good location; in the same area as Safeway so you can shop while laundry is in washer.
Machines and laundromat were clean and washers and dryers were available. There are places to wash and fold or sit while you wait inside and restaurants nearby to get something to eat.
Staff is friendly and helpful ; some people doing laundry do play their tablets loudly with music or video games so maybe bring earplugs yet other times it is peaceful and quiet.

About the bus stop on the same block: The bus stop is where several drunk and high people always loiter and have drama, so you may not want to plan to wait there for the once an hour bus back if that is your location.

First time here and the staff were super friendly. It's always nerve wrecking going into a laundry mat for the first time when you are not used to it. But the staff was super helpful. You can pay by coin, card, or app. Super convenient with tons of washer and dryer sizes.
