You have PURCHASE a card to use machines, there are minimum amounts that HAVE to be loaded onto the cards. there is no way to get the unused money back... plenty of non customers just hanging out in there, using the place as a lounge. The dryer cost FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS and didn't even get the ONE ITEM dried for that amount of money... so, bad spin on washers and/or bad dryer... either way it's a HUGE rip off.
