If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible customer service a it’s finest! I guess it’s what you get with free dryers and late hours. The staff either need to Close early or find a new job! I’m still sitting In here unfortunately.

Lots of the machines are broken... they allow customers to leave their clothing in the machines before and after they do laundry also the dryers are free as long as you wash your laundry there only thing they also allow customers to use all the dryers ( like 1 customer who has alot of clothing to wash... they allow them to use up all the dryers so others can not use them especially at a high peak time)

I dont understand how this place has any positive ratings. Everything is broken,the dryers dont get hot. The owner should be ashamed for taking ppls jard earmed money. There are barely any carts to put your clothes in. Ppl steal your clothes,big washers are broke so you have to pay for a bunch of small ones. This place should be shut down. May the Lord have mercy on the soul that runs this place bc he/she is stealing ppls money without providing quality service,all they want is money.

The pricing are always going up and the majority of the machine have out of order signs on the .machine and smell like gas leaving the clothes smelling like gas in the dryers. I mention this to the owner and he said nothing????
