This is easily the worst laundromat I've ever encountered, no contest, no debate - the worst in Mass. Machines are ALWAYS broken and in disarray. They are never cleaned, machines smell of mildew or worse, leaving your clothes to take the stench with you. The place itself is absolutely horrendous, floors are dirty, machines are gross, roaches everywhere, etc. Machines are obviously old but there's ZERO maintenance and upkeep. Price is low, dryers are free even tho you have to sit for two hours to dry your clothes. Health dpt needs to visit this place first and foremost or these owners should seriously just sell. Awful!

This is a very popular place. It has been here for many years. They can invest in the upkeep of the place. The owners are very nice and friendly and they can use more seating. I love that they are walking distance from me.

Half the machine does not work. My blanket got burn, stiffness, in the dryer. Be careful. NO MORE. DONE
