This place is amazing! I came in to wash a giant heavy quilt. The young man on duty explained the machines and my options. He was so kind and patient! There is so much to do while you wait, and it is all clean and well maintained!

Hi this is to the owner. I got a call from my sister and she had gave me devastating ndw that a family member passed suddenly. I pulled over to take the call. It happend to be jj laundry where I stopped. A man cam out holding onto a vest and was acting very militant and asked if I was doing laundry. I said no. He said to move immediately or he's calling the cops. I endened my phone call and walked in to ask the guy why he was being rude and acting the way he acted. I tried to explain why i was parked there. He screamed at at the top of his lungs like a crazy person and told me to get the EFf out. Then followed me out side and threatened to break my jaw. I will let every person I know, to not go there for fear of the toxic crazy man freaking out. My family just died and this is how that man treats someone. I moved to Wisconsin because I thought the people put here where nicer. I would like a phone call From Lance to explain this, because words cannot convey how a person feels to be threatened 3 minutes after being told there family just passed. Not to mention making everyone in the laundry matt feel uncomfortable.

I went to do my laundry at 9 pm and their website says they are open till 11 pm and there is nothing about a last wash and all of their big washing machines were turned off. I asked why they were tuned off and they said because it takes too long but they take the same amount of time as the smaller washing machines take.I am disappointed because I had to use a bunch of small washing machines and had to spend a little extra money for all the washing machines.

Went here for a year. Great service and definitely recommend getting the card here. It’s a 4/5 ⭐️ because it gets horribly packed in the afternoons. Morning are okay but certain days. It varies a bit but staff is friendly and cleanliness is also 4/5.

Such a clean Laundromat! Has food you can order while you're washing, has pool tables, a reading space, arcade games. Just a really nice place!

Great place the attendant was very nice and helpful the hours are convenient it's nice they have computers you can access great location tap pay machines they also have option to leave laundry for them to do tables vending machines arcade games costly great place

Wasn't too busy either time I was there. Was clean and orderly. Easy to use machines. Was quiet other then a couple kids being kids. Staff seemed friendly towards customers.

Been going to this laundromat for years, for the most part the establishment is clean and convenient but the staff they hire here is like going to a toxic family function. From the small older lady and her extremely loud and rude attitude to the guy that monitors the parking lot and stays on his personal phone to the "bathroom police" monitoring that they do. This laundromat is in a central location close to downtown and all walks of life probably pass through here but kindness and respect to others cost's nothing but the success of a business!

I was impressed with the resources available at this laundromat. They have multiple sizes of washers and dryers to accommodate almost any size wash. The place itself is clean with three separate entrances and convenient parking. It provides a nicely appointed study lounge, a child's play center, TV, pizza and nachos to order and a variety of soft drinks, coffee and donuts for purchase. But the best resource is Doug, the in store attendant, who helped me and other customers navigate different machines and laundry best practices. I actually enjoyed this otherwise rather tedious task because of Doug's pleasant demeanor and helpfulness.

They are very rude to customers when it comes to using the restroom. Dropped our laundry by the washers and needed to use the restroom. Saw that the door was open and assumed it was open hours for the restroom. A worker banged on the bathroom door super loud, not even 30 seconds later, and loudly accused of using the restroom for a long time and not being a customer. I understand the trouble with solicitation in restrooms but they were in the wrong and wouldn’t even apologize for being aggressive and misunderstanding us. They also denied being aggressive when confronted. This is so sad considering we’ve been customers for 28 years straight. We won’t be returning to this type of treatment to loyal customers.
