Workers are very lazy and the washers are old and dirty
We invite you to visit our location before writing factually inaccurate comments. The management at Jump Laundry is constantly seeking improvement of our workforce. We apologize to our customers if they have not received our best effort at customer care. However, we must bring light to the factual inaccuracy of your review. ALL of the equipment in our 86th St location is BRAND NEW high quality Speed Queen commercial washers and dryers. Since we opened during the summer of 2017, we have been on a mission to offer the best service and latest/cleanest equipment available. Again, before writing an inaccurate review, visit our location.
Attendant was friendly and diligent. Enjoyed my time at this location. Lively music, and available snacks, games. Etc. Efficient.
Very cool laundromat, came here on drum corps and service was great, plenty of laundry carts and machines, all around a great experience!
This laundromat takes the pain out of doing my laundry. Its clean and the employees are always friendly. I love that it's 24 hours!

It's ok it's a laundromat
really nice place !! i had roughly about 7 or 8 loads ( including a lot of blankets and sweatshirts ) and i got then all done within an hour and half including folding & it was pretty affordable unlike apt laundry rooms !! most definitely will be going back !! the owner ( i assume ) took time to talk to every customer that was in there for a few min each person and everything was working && they were even cleaning the washer and dryers while i was there !!! definitely recommend coming here !! i love how you can wash big loads for a low cost !!
Went in and the manager instantly started hitting on me, felt very uncomfortable, doesn’t feel safe & looks DISGUSTING.
Edit : Just saw your response. I know for a fact whenever it was, was a manager because he was messing with keys and the washers.
I went next door to subway. So I know I have the correct spot. Thanks for lying tho!
Kerstin, you must have confused our laundromat with another or mis-identified someone that approached you under false pretense as a manager at our facility. No one from our management team has been available at the laundromat today or scarcely available all week as we are dealing with terrible colds and flu. If this is indeed what happened, we regret that this intrusion of your personal space occurred at our facility. However, I can assure you that whoever it was, they were not connected to Jump Laundry.
