Worst experience of all times! Over half of the dryers don't close. Attendant was putting people's clothes in trash bags if their clothes stopped. Literally there was people standing in lines to use the dryers.
Ms. Boyd, as you have seen, Sunday is our busiest day and the revenue we get from this day balances out the slowest weekdays and makes it possible for us to offer our weekday half price specials.
So it is our policy, especially on Sunday, that when customers place their items in any of the machines (washer or dryers) and leave them in the machine past their complete cycle time, the attendant is to remove said items so that other customers don’t have to stand in line, as you have so adroitly pointed out, to use a machine.
This way, all customers are serviced in a timely manner and we have to opportunity to realize critical revenue from as many customer transactions as possible.
If your clothing was removed from a dryer, please don’t take it personally. Our attendant was simply doing their job as instructed. You would not want to stand in line waiting for a dryer, as you saw others were.
5.00 for a small load ! That is outrageous why are people paying that crazy price ? For reference look at my picture $5 just to wash this ?!
Clean and affordable laundry mat
I went on a Saturday and it was crowd but the dryers were free. Machines were a little high to me at $2.50-$3.00 for a single load washing machine. There is really no place to actually fold your clothes. The attendants are nice and helpful and the place is really clean.
I hate doing laundry but I love this place....went in before close and the guy just said don't worry we are going 24 hours soon take your time!!!! Great music!!!! Lots of specials I can knock out my laundry in no time BEST DRYERS IN THE CITY!!
Nice place, very clean , very friendly customer support, Mr Naki is a very nice person, making you feel at home and helping you with anything you may need , even quarters and lsu dry soap if needed.
Always has working machines. Owner is very friendly and is always handing out change to the kids to buy stuff from the quarter machines. There is also FREE COLD DRINKING WATER on request.
