The convenience is worth the price for me. I live one minute from here so it’s not a huge inconvenience. Manoa is cheaper though I don’t like to go far from home. It’s cleaner now that they cleared the people that were outside. I never had any real issues here. No one bothers anymore

I Used da double loader ryte by office door & it wouldnt stop spining called the owner. She said unplug & wait 10 min den take clothes out. I waited more den 10 min, my clothes was so soaked. I spent $23 jus to dry dat 1 load. Dat was almost da same amount i spent 2 wash & dry my other 2 loads. $29 for 1 load was & dry oh no no no. Called da owner back she said she would refund me but it has to b on her time.. Hello i work during da day how am i gonna meet u there.. Then wen im off i call her to meet up & shes busy or i gotta come now she only going b there for 10-15 min. Twice i rush dwn there mind u i live kapahulu, only to find out she left.. I call her to ask where is she & she says i tell u come i no can wait come back later.. Its been over 3 wks & still no refund. Hey i still want my money $23 is alot.. Jamie u have my Number call me mayb we can meet somewhere else.. Tu
