While I’ve only used the wash-and-fold service here, it has consistently exceeded my expectations. There’s one woman in particular (unfortunately, I haven’t learned her name) who is truly outstanding. She has long red hair, usually styled in a bun or ponytail, and she is the BEST at what she does.

Every time I drop off my laundry, she recognizes me instantly, pulls up my account without me saying a word, charges the card on file, and I’m on my way in no time. It’s so quick and seamless. What’s even more impressive is how she always finishes my laundry way faster than expected. Her folding and packing skills are next-level. I genuinely don’t know how she does it. She’s incredible!

Although I recently moved away, if I ever find myself back in Detroit and in need of clean clothes, this will be my go-to spot without question.
