Took my $200 coma inducer comforter for drop off to be cleaned, picked it up today and it is absolutely RUINED! What once was a beautiful soft luxurious fur blanket now feels like a clump of harsh used wool. I called to have them give me a refund and replace the blanket and they just continuously hung up on me. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

The worst consumer service I have ever experienced most of the machines don’t work and the attendant/owner will not tell you and then they will not refund you even though your clothes are Full of soap and soaked
