Good Laundromat, but they use a lot of machines for customers who drop off their clothes, so there are often no washing machines available.

When I came here to do my laundry, I noticed one machine didn't have a cold wash cycle. When I asked the redhead if I could switch machines, she said no because she didn't have the keys to open the machine and get my money back. The next thing I knew, I was explaining that the cold wash cycle wasn't working, and she just said "okay" and shrugged. I'm usually a nice guy, but this shows she has no experience with customer service. I came here to use my money on her machines, and she doesn't care if they don't work for people. I would highly recommend another Laundrymat besides this one.
