Just got all my laundry done Here and had the best experience, they separated, my delicates, my whites and my darks, and even put my delicates in a machine, washable bag to make sure they were safe. I had about hundred pounds of laundry and they had it done by the end of the day. I’m honestly so impressed not only. They use all safe and clean products as well, which I really liked and they let me pick my scent. To top it off it is so nice inside with all new machines leaving my clothes undamaged and smelling amazing. I feel like I’m at the Erewhon of laundromats With prices that are unbeatable!!!!

We’re from California, not New York, and stumbled upon Launderette while looking for a place to do laundry—what a gem! This is hands down the cutest laundromat ever—super clean, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful little details that make it feel cozy and welcoming.

Zion was absolutely amazing! His customer service was top-tier—friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We initially planned to do our own laundry (which I was looking forward to!), but due to time constraints, we opted for the drop-off service. Zion made sure everything was taken care of efficiently so we could get our laundry back by the end of the day.

The amenities are fantastic: a clean bathroom, a great workspace if you want to get some work done while waiting, and an overall relaxing atmosphere. If I lived here, this would definitely be my go-to spot. Highly recommend launderette—it’s more than just a laundromat, it’s an experience!

The lounge area is so relaxing, it's a perfect vibe for doing laundry and working.

For once, I don't stress laundry, and even walk a few extra blocks, past another laundry mat to get here, but it's worth it.

Launderette New York is hands down the most beautiful laundromat I’ve ever been to. The interior design is stunning - think clean lines, warm lighting, and a modern, minimalist vibe that makes doing laundry actually enjoyable. It feels more like a boutique café than a laundromat. The machines are spotless and high-end, the staff is friendly, and the space gives off nothing but good energy. Whether you’re folding clothes or just waiting, it’s a place you actually want to spend time in. They also offer drop-off and delivery if you’re on the go.

Highly recommend if you’re in the area and tired of dingy, outdated spots. This is laundry done right.
