Other than losing my soap and softener to a machine that didn’t work, it’s a decent facility. The woman who works there is truly kind. The machines are overall in good condition and typically there isn’t a wait.

Dryers 7,7A,6,5,4A,2 & 2A do NOT heat at all even on high temp. Wasted over an hour drying clothes and still left with damp clothes. It was 10 and they were closing

Destroyed a pillow case left sheets smelling like burnt rubber. I've been here before, thought it would be okay, woman that worked there seemed friendly and even helpful, until I had an issue. I was drying my sheets and pillow cases and checking on them periodically. My timer said the sheets should be done, I went up to the dryer i now found it running but not moving, when I opened the door I could smell the burnt rubber odor and one of my pillow cases was jammed in the edge of the drum preventing it from moving and I could not get it free. I went to find the woman that worked there and she was clearly not happy because her shift was ending. She finally came over , looked at the situation and when i pointed out my laundry smelled burnt she immediatly accused me of drying it on high temperature even though i pointed out to her it was set on meduim. She then came back with a screw driver. She put the screw driver into the middle of my satin pillow case and started prying there putting a hole in the pillow case, when I asked if I could use the screw driver instead she got very snippy towards me, at this point it was clear my pillow case was not going to survive anyways. Then a young man came over she said he knew how to fix it and he was able to force the drum upward and get my now tattered pillow case out. He them went on to point out to me that there is a gap up near the top of the drum and that is how things get stuck. Im like what? So this is something that can just happen? I then pointed out to the woman my laundry smelled and would need to be rewashed and my pillow case was ruined, she refused to acknowledge any of this and again accused me of using the high heat option. I literally just wanted the few dollars I had spent but instead I was told to write a note and she would pass it on to the owner. So consider this my note and pass it on.

Many washers out of order or not working. Not impressed. I don’t live here but hope there is a better option in town as this one is a one star

Go here to get my laundry done 🧺. The owners are friendly people, I barely know them, but everytime I go in there they're cleaning and talking to all the customers. Any problems I have with machines the owner will make it right. Thank youuu …
