It is clean with friendly staff. Machines work well dryers are great. The bathroom is locked with card access only. Aside from that I enjoy coming here to do laundry.

I am not sure how you are supposed to do laundry. You need to purchase a card for one dollar and then load the card, which is fine, most places use a card now. However, after driving here, loading the washer and proceeding to the machine to purchase one, both machines said they were empty of cards. I aaked the employee working how I could purchase a card and she either did not speak english or was lacking in the knowledge of her job because all she kept saying to me was, "I don't know, shrugging her shoulders and again saying, "I don't know. " It would not have been as big a deal but the washers were loaded with soap and all and the last thing I wanted to do was try and take them back out and drive somewhere else. Thankfully a lady doing her laundry was nice enough to let me give her two dollars, put it on her card and start my washer. Not sure yet how I will start the dryer. Hopefully someone here will be as nice.

Great place to come do your laundry. Facility is always clean, machines are always working and never have an issue with them. They have great prices and even discounts on certain days.

I love that this place is available 24 hours for people with varying shifts. They only have staff from 6am to 11pm so you're screwed if you want to use their drop off service. Its also frustrating if staff can't speak English. I lost $20 loading their washcard and no one could help me. To this day I have not received my refund. Also past 11 the place becomes party central for tweakers and drug dealers. Cops just drive on by.
