I’m very happy to have another laundry option in the area and overall I was very impressed with LaundroLab.
PROS:
-Very reasonable pricing for brand new, high efficiency machines
-LOTS of machines (both washers and dryers)
-Staff member on site
-All machines use an app for payment. Add funds in the app, Scan the machine’s QR code, and you’re all set. The app will tell you when the machine is done (though you have to be connected to the LaundroLab guest WiFi for this to work)
-Tons of parking literally outside the door
-Shaw’s, Dollar Tree, Starbucks and Walgreen’s are next door so you can easily run an errand while your laundry is going
-SUPER clean inside the laundromat and the machines are spotless

CONS:
-WiFi is super slow if you use it for anything other than connecting to the machines in the app (basically unusable for streaming or anything else really)
-Limited seating. There was nobody else there when I was doing laundry so not a problem, but if it was busy you might have a problem finding a seat. Or just hang out in your car outside like I did :)
-App notifications only work if you’re connected to the store WiFi so you can’t hang out in Starbucks and get a notification when your machine is almost done

Overall I would definitely recommend the place. For me it’s WAY cheaper AND faster than the coin-op machines in my building and I can get all my laundry done in no time (and also run errands while I’m doing it)

My husband and I are camping in Vermont. We stopped in to freshen our clothes and camping supplies. Clean! Friendly! The nicest laundromat we have used in New England.

This place is so clean, so put together, and so welcoming! Milly is a ray of sunshine and a pleasure to talk to (as well as all the staff). I travel 25 minutes to come here, specifically to come here! A+, chef's kiss, amazing!

This is the best Laundry Place I have ever been to by far. They have staff and security . They were so nice. All new machines with quick wash option so you don't have to been there long , snacks and drinks too . Great place to go and relax while getting laundry done. I even seen a couple in there tag teaming their laundry!

great new laundromat and use of space, it takes a minute to set up the app payment if you don’t want to deal with quarters but it is worth the sign up. the staff is helpful and the machines are very efficient. clean place and great vending options.

Called Owner (PETER) unapologetic and is not work on returning or notifying. He recommends seeing what happens
Our items were delayed and inexplicably taken while owner was unapologetic and indifferent to having no clothes. Owner said”So what?” The Surveillance is a joke! CONSUMER BEWARE… police notified.
