5 stars for the super friendly and helpful woman that was working when I went in today! As I sat there working while my laundry was going this person walked around doing all of the things that she had to do while also making everyone feel welcome and happy. The place was also clean and had plenty of space for any amount of laundry that you could bring.

Since I moved up here, I went to the laundry lab and the customer service. The woman at the counter was extremely helpful and we deposit $10 first time you use the app you wash is free so the $10 was able to do to Lowe’s on the course of two weeks very clean someone’s always there and they’ll also wash clothes for you. I absolutely love it and used it ever since.

This place is most excellent. Plenty of machines, hardly ever anything out of order. Option to pay using the app. Plus the staff is seriously awesome. I have other places closer to my house but the trip here is worth it.

Paying through the app makes things a lot more easier and it notifies you when the machines you’re using are done. The app also tells you how many machines are available for use for when the place becomes crowded. Great experience overall!

P.S. The app I would say is still premature. It still needs a few tweaks such as not being limited to getting your phone connected to WiFi to use it. This allows customers to see whether the place is busy ahead of time or check the status of the machines you are currently using even when not connected to their WiFi.

Impecably clean, friendly staff. This is the cleanest laundromat I have been to. I only saw one machine out of order. I hope this place doesn't end up being like Greer's where one third of their machines are 'on vacation' and never get repaired. The app is easy to download and use. I love not having to spend several minutes putting quarters into the machine. This place is head over fist better than Greer's.

Using this laundromat was such a positive experience. Jenn was the representative during my visit. She answered all of my questions, told me about the loyalty points and was super nice. The laundromat is very clean, the machine was the perfect size and they had plenty of seating and restrooms. I enjoyed using the app as well. I could add money to my account and add time to the dryers from my phone which made it easy to run errands and know that my clothes would be sufficiently dry. I hope this quality doesn’t change because it was truly a good experience.

It's a good clean place to do your laundry. It does.get busy, but they have lots of machines. The staff is helpful, and they have wifi!

Just what Burlington was missing! This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been in and we’ll be back. Friendly staff, super fast machines, and I was able to pay with my phone. Thanks for bringing something like this to Burlington!
