I dropped off a small load of laundry on Wednesday, Nov 26 for wash, dry, fold service. The service was quick but when I put my laundry away back at my hotel room, 2 items were missing. I called immediately and was told they would look for my towel and my pajama pants. Because it was the day before Thanksgiving, I waited until Friday to go back in person to inquire. I was told that the manager would call me when he came in later that day. Mind you, this business is open 7 days a week so they've had 3 full business days to make this right. In the meantime, I've had to replace the 2 items that were lost. It is exceedingly disappointing to trust a business with your personal items and them be treated so carelessly.

This place FAR exceeds the local competition (if you can call it that) The only laundry mat I'll use. Staff onsite is friendly, welcoming, and courteous. In fact, Jenn and Ashleigh have both been seen going above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of in an appropriate way, with consideration. Even the bathrooms are immaculate.

It was time for a laundry stop on our cross-country road trip, and this is by far the best laundromat we’ve come across in our travels. Super clean, new modern machines, fast WiFi, and an incredibly friendly and helpful attendant on-site to answer questions; large parking lot too, so we had no problems parking our camper van. We were there mid-day on a Monday and were a little concerned at first to see two people toting their laundry in ahead of us, but there was no reason for concern: there were plenty of washers and dryers of various sizes available.

We ended up using a pair of the smallest (20 lb) washing machines, since we had to do both a load of whites and colors. Pricing on those was based on cycle type: $3.25 for Quick Wash, $3.50 for Cold, $4.00 for Warm or Hot, or $4.25 for Delicates.

The dryers came in three sizes. We put both loads together (less a few air-dry-only items) into the smallest (35 lb) dryer, which costs $0.25/5 minutes (a quarter will get you 4 or 3 minutes in the two larger dryer sizes), and they dried easily in 25 minutes (possibly could’ve gotten away with just 20 minutes). Payment can be by actual quarters (there’s a change machine on-site), or by app; being one-time visitors, we just used cash.

All in all, it was a great laundry experience, and we highly recommend this place to locals and travelers alike!

I used to do the laundry in my community, but machines and dry took forever, and I had to go on hunt each weekend looking for quarters. I love this new service because I can add funds through the app. and pay to do my laundry from my phone. I no longer have to hunt for quarters. The machines are new and they weigh your clothes and only and add water required to do that wash. That also help with drying because I dont have to use that many quarters to dry. I will definitely visit again and you should try them out too.

The laundromat is always very clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. The app is also pretty easy to use and in my expiernce there's always avalible machines. You can relax to the music they play or even watch a game on their tv while you wait!

Beyond clean, washers and dryers impeccable! Atmosphere is comfortable, there's laundry folding tables with stools, other seating in back, free wifi (have to ask for pass), large screen tvs, very clean restroom, there's a vending machine with laundry products and another with drinks and snacks. They have an atm, and a dollar bill change machine to get quarters. Staff is so nice , pleasant and always cleaning. Thanks
