was great until they changed the prices. used to be half off washers every day from 7am-10am so I'd get up early on my days off to finally get some laundry done...now it's only available on weekdays. corporate greed once again...so people who work weekdays can't save money on laundry now? great business ethic. not like i can't do my laundry so now I'm stuck paying ridiculous prices again. staff is great though!
We are a local business. Like all Vermonters we are struggling with rising rents and extraordinarily high electric, gas, and water costs. We can no longer afford to continue that promotion. Try the app. You can earn loyalty points for free wash or dry.

great new laundromat and use of space, it takes a minute to set up the app payment if you don’t want to deal with quarters but it is worth the sign up. the staff is helpful and the machines are very efficient. clean place and great vending options.

I dropped off a small load of laundry on Wednesday, Nov 26 for wash, dry, fold service. The service was quick but when I put my laundry away back at my hotel room, 2 items were missing. I called immediately and was told they would look for my towel and my pajama pants. Because it was the day before Thanksgiving, I waited until Friday to go back in person to inquire. I was told that the manager would call me when he came in later that day. Mind you, this business is open 7 days a week so they've had 3 full business days to make this right. In the meantime, I've had to replace the 2 items that were lost. It is exceedingly disappointing to trust a business with your personal items and them be treated so carelessly.
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the holiday did get in the way of a timely response. Just send us a receipt and we’ll compensate you for the two items.

Best Laundromat in btv, super clean and big machines
Thanks for the review Avery. This is a big help in distinguishing ourselves from the other laundromats.
I’m very happy to have another laundry option in the area and overall I was very impressed with LaundroLab.
PROS:
-Very reasonable pricing for brand new, high efficiency machines
-LOTS of machines (both washers and dryers)
-Staff member on site
-All machines use an app for payment. Add funds in the app, Scan the machine’s QR code, and you’re all set. The app will tell you when the machine is done (though you have to be connected to the LaundroLab guest WiFi for this to work)
-Tons of parking literally outside the door
-Shaw’s, Dollar Tree, Starbucks and Walgreen’s are next door so you can easily run an errand while your laundry is going
-SUPER clean inside the laundromat and the machines are spotless
CONS:
-WiFi is super slow if you use it for anything other than connecting to the machines in the app (basically unusable for streaming or anything else really)
-Limited seating. There was nobody else there when I was doing laundry so not a problem, but if it was busy you might have a problem finding a seat. Or just hang out in your car outside like I did :)
-App notifications only work if you’re connected to the store WiFi so you can’t hang out in Starbucks and get a notification when your machine is almost done
Overall I would definitely recommend the place. For me it’s WAY cheaper AND faster than the coin-op machines in my building and I can get all my laundry done in no time (and also run errands while I’m doing it)
