The laundromat is always very clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. The app is also pretty easy to use and in my expiernce there's always avalible machines. You can relax to the music they play or even watch a game on their tv while you wait!

This place FAR exceeds the local competition (if you can call it that) The only laundry mat I'll use. Staff onsite is friendly, welcoming, and courteous. In fact, Jenn and Ashleigh have both been seen going above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of in an appropriate way, with consideration. Even the bathrooms are immaculate.

This is the cleanest, most efficient, and most kindly staffed laundromat I’ve ever been to. The staff was so helpful showing me how the app works and answering my questions. There are laundromats closer to my house, but I will plan to travel over to this one… it’s really worth it!!

Super clean and the payment system is simple and intuitive. Places to sit and wait while your laundry is going and there are TVs and snacks. There is also a kiddy corner with books to keep your restless kids occupied while you try and get your laundry done. Would totally recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a washer/dryer in their home/ apartment!

Impecably clean, friendly staff. This is the cleanest laundromat I have been to. I only saw one machine out of order. I hope this place doesn't end up being like Greer's where one third of their machines are 'on vacation' and never get repaired. The app is easy to download and use. I love not having to spend several minutes putting quarters into the machine. This place is head over fist better than Greer's.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere in this new laundromat! The young lady working was very nice and very helpful! You can use the app to pay or quarters! Dryers take less time to dry also!

LaundroLab is hands down one of the best laundromats in the Burlington area. Jessica, who’s there on the weekends, is incredibly kind and helpful—such a great presence. One of the big perks is their app: not only is it super convenient for paying, but you also earn reward points that really add up over time and save you a good amount. Right now, they’re offering half off washers until 10:00am, which is a huge deal if you’re doing a full week’s worth of laundry.

The space is clean, with plenty of washers and dryers, so I’ve never had to wait. They’ve also got bathrooms and a little sitting area with books and a table for kids, which is a nice touch.
