The machines are clean, lights bright, and change machines functional. Absolutely not enough seating proportional to the amount of machines available. Not even half of them need to be in use for all of the seating to be full.

I CAME INTO THE LAUDOMAT WITH 1.61 GAL OF LIQUID SOAP AND LOOK AROUND FOR THE LARGER WASHER MACHINE AND PLACED MY SOAP ON TOP AND WALKED OUT TO MY CAR TO GATHER MY BAGS AFTER LOADING UP THE MACHINE MY SOAP WAS GONE I WENT TO THE ATTENDANCE TO ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT THE CAMERA TO SEE WHO STOLE MY SOAP THEY CALLED THE OWNER AND AFTER 30MINS I HEARD NOTHING BACK NOW I AM DEBATING GOING TO GROCERY STORE FOR MORE SOAP AND I ASKED THE ATTENDANCE TO CALL THE OWNER BUT HE IS IN A MEETING SO HIS CUSTOMER DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING WHILE I AM JUST STANDING HERE...HE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD THE ATTENDANT TO GIVE ME A SMALL BOTTLE OF SOAP WHY HAVE ME HANGING OUT ! I AM PISS/BITTER/TOTALLY MAD THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEN TO ANYONE...A CUSTOMER BROUGHT MY SOAP BACK....THE OWNER NEVER CALLED EITHER NOTHING !!!

It's very clean and inviting! I put all of my clothes in a 45 lbs dryer and they were dry in 22 minutes! $2 was the cost! Had to pay $1.25 for TWO dryer sheets! Crazy price! I won't forget mine Ever Again! I usually go to the laundromat in Ferndale, which is bigger with more folding tables and chairs, but this one is right up the street from me. Update! Always check the lint compartment before using! Sometimes, it can be full of lint which isn't good.
