I’ve been looking for a nice clean laundromat for some time now. This place is the cleanest I’ve ever been to!! The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. This is my #1 go to place now!!

I LOVE this Laundromat Express!!! I went there today and unfortunately, I was disappointed. I've been using Laundromat Express for about 4 years. And I've referred many Family members/friends. Today was the first time that I was very surprised regarding the conditions inside the Laundromat today. EVERY barrel was packed to the very top with trash, there was no soap in the restroom. What's up with this Laundromat Express???

Normally I dont have an issue here. It's one of the best laundromats I've been too. But I have a problem when I come back and my clothes where taken out of the washer (this after SEVERAL TIMES I have been here and seen clothes sit in washers for HOURS!) and than when I asked to employee, she admitted she did it. Than proceeds to talk about me to ANOTHER customer!

When I first started coming here a couple of months ago I was so impressed!! It was clean and well serviced. Now it's getting worse every week rude attendants. Half of the machines don't work and it's dirty.

Closes wherever they please. Does not live up to what is being sold. Claims to have a dollar wash on weekdays, after 5pm and until closing; which states 10pm via internet; with only 50% washers working and, as mentioned, closes earlier than 10pm, sometimes even at 7pm. Employees are helpful and kind; until they’re ready to leave and literally drive customers away, who drove all the way there, because THEY WERE LED TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 10pm. And to top it off, they don’t answer their business phone, so that’s sad. Anyways God bless everyone. Great place overall, other than what was complained about.
