So far best laundry in town (if you can get up there). Go after 7PM and its mostly empty. Any time before than and you run into the people who apparently do laundry once a year and use every machine in the place (they really need to put something in the rules about a max machines per day or similar). 3 sizes of washers, 2 sizes of dryers, and they use a reloadable laundry card so you dont need to carry cash. the reload machine takes cards.

There is a convenient park and mall for waiting in and a safeway if you forgot detergent.

I recommend making it an evening and hitting the L&L while your laundry is washing.

Some machines are out of order, but majority are working. It's clean and you don't have to worry about the quarter machine being empty because the machines use a laundry card system. It's 24 hours and I went at 3am and there was a couple people in and out so it was awesome.

Ok, recently ( as of November, 2024), a lot of the machines have been out of order. I think all the small-size washers are working but most of the medium and large ones aren't working. I think there are maybe about 16 dryers and at least 6 of them are out of order. So the lack of working machines causes the place to be busier than usual more often.

Have you fix all BROKEN Washer and Dryer?

If fix those I will check it on 7/7/2025 Mon.

UPDATE - I WILL NEVER BACK TO THIS PLACE, I found a nice laundromat and they use same Laundry Card System but clean and all Washer and Dryer is working.

MANOA LAUNDRY most of Washer and Dryer is BROKEN and never fix it.

Waikiki AIRBnB is still coming.

I give this laundry for 2 Star.

1. Lots of dryer is broken.
2. Allow Business wash or commercial wash.

I saw vacation rentals people use this laundry to wash.They use 3 or 4 wash machine for wash then they use most of dryer after wash, when hold those they use 2 tables.

Manoa Laundry should not let them use it. Ask them to go to Commercial wash and dry place to do it.

Please never ever let them use it. Most of people who want to use washer and dryer, have to wait like 30 minutes to 1 hour.

This is not right.

By the way, Coin laundry in Waikiki dose not allow Business wash or commercial wash.

So must ban Business wash or commercial wash in Manoa Laundry.

Great, safe, and clean place to do laundry, 24 hours a day.
Lots of machines that do various load sizes so I was able to do my laundry way faster than expected.
There are vending machines for laundry items and for drinks.
They use a payment card system which is convenient. Customer service is responsive when you need something too.

I’ve gone to many laundramats throughout the islands and this place beats all of them in every area: cleanliness, cost, customer service, parking, location and availability. 24 hour access means my day doesn’t get interrupted by set hours, sometimes it gets very busy when group homes do their laundry during evening hours until 9 or 10. Machines are always available but folding tables are usually taken by them. Parking lot in back is wide open at night and free. Multiple ways to load cards. Conveniently located in the shopping center so I can take care of shopping and meals, post office next door, McDonald’s and gas station as well. Comfortable no stress way to take care of laundry anytime. I recommend Mānoa Laundry to all my friends and guests.

This is an update to previous review:

I had to remove 3 stars because tonight was so crowded with people using 5 washers then taking almost all the dryers that they stuff until packed with clothes that I had to wait 2 hours to wash then 1 hour for a dryer. And this was 11:30 at night. They but their baskets to reserve folding space while others take up the whole table. No courtesy towards the next person. Rubbish thrown on the ground, kids running around. I was so irritated that this place went downhill so fast that I took my clothes out after 15 minutes, damp. Disgusted without a spot to fold on, I left and will find a new laundromat. Obviously they need to hire someone to assure that chaos doesn’t reign. This is not a neighborhood laundromat. I pull my recommendation from my previous review. Maybe things will change when the washers and dryers break from being overloaded. SMH.

There is an air bnb company from Waikiki and he has taken up all the machines that work for all of his linens. It’s absurd to think I am a Manoa resident have to sit and wait for a dryer to become available while he uses our dryers for his business. There should be a policy in place that does not allow businesses to use all the machines. Plus, many of the machines are broken. Maybe you should hire a certified technician and not a local fixer upper kine. Awful company Manoa Marketplace said it’s not their issue despite this laundromat is on their property. What a joke

This place has, and will always be my primary laundromat. Since ownership has changed, the facilities and services have improved significantly. The new owners work nearly non stop keeping the place and equipment maintained. Under previous ownership, the place became dilapidated with several machines needing repairs. The current owners are doing an amazing job of keeping the place running properly.
