After just a few months of new ownership, the place is back to being AWESOME again. All machines have been fixed and they upgraded the laundry card system (tap to pay and text message alerts when machine cycle ends). I will for sure keep coming here to do my weekly airbnb linen washing (only after midnight though when it's the least busiest so my $100 worth of laundry doesn't make others upset). I'm sure the new owners don't mind me bringing such large volumes of laundry on a weekly basis 😉 🤣🤙

Under new management, new owner lives in community and very invested in making improvements. Personally I love having a laundromat in the community so excited to see what the new ownership will implement.

Almost all washers don’t work , always out of order. My mother and I have came her multiple times was good and reasonable. People who owns this place don’t care customers are losing money. No refunds given. And to make things worse the water don’t fill so clothes not washing. Waste of time and money DO NOT COME HERE!

Cheap dryer. Clean location.
Update 3/7/22. Lots of machine out of service. No hot water for laundry machine. However, still cheap dryer.
Update 7/14/22. Most dryer work but still lots washing machine out of service
Update 12/21/2024. Lots dryer out of service. They need to fix their machines. Be careful when use the dryer. Some of broken one, they have no out of service sign.
Update 10/21/2025. They are under new management. I changed the star from 3 to 4 because they fixed all of their dryer. Price of dryer and washer are increased. Not sure if I washed more clothes or the dryer wasn't really hot because I usually only need 32 minutes to dry my clothes but now need 40 minutes. Just a suggestion to the management, maybe clean the ceiling also.

24/7 laundromat. Very clean washers and dryers as well as the facility. Uses "Laundry Card" not quarters. Lots of room to move around which is great, won't bump into other people. Very convenient parking area.

This is one of the best laundry mats in the Honolulu area. It's open 24/7. They have great washers and dryers at a great price. It's clean and you don't need quarters. They have a card system/kiosk, you can load your card with cash or debit/credit, and if you need a new card you can get one from the kiosk itself. There is parking in the front and the back, and Safeway is open 24/7 in the same shopping center. Definitely would recommend.

Manoa Laundry — a true lifesaver!

This laundromat is absolutely wonderful and truly saved me! 💙
The biggest advantage is that it’s open 24/7 — you literally rescued me. Having access at any hour is priceless, especially when you urgently need to do laundry late at night.

Everything is very well organized: clean, spacious, and easy to use. The reloadable laundry card system is convenient, the machines work fast and efficiently, and the entire process is simple and stress-free.

They also have a snack vending machine, which is a huge plus while you’re waiting — perfect for grabbing chips, sweets, or a drink during laundry time.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and you can tell the place is well cared for. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone who values comfort, reliability, and availability at any time.
I will definitely be coming back! 🙌

Basically all the negatives can be outweighed/ prevented if you go during low use times.

Positives:
-24/7 hours of operation
-Card operated (cash or credit, no debit)
-Variety of washer sizes (4 or 5 sizes ranging from tiny to huge loads)
-A lot of dryers too (2 sizes)
-Good area to grab a bite or light shopping in between loads (if you're comfortable leaving your clothes)

Negatives:
-Frequently overcrowded
-Frequently a lot of broken washers and dryers (aka long wait times)
-Frequently unmanned (no assistance available)

1/3 of all machines are inoperable and laundromat is poorly maintained. Enter at own risk. No nearby parking stalls, drop-off behind Safeway cannot be accessed.

Aloha! Karlee and Tim have completely transformed Manoa Laundry! It’s bright, and every machine works perfectly. The new tap card system is super easy to use, and the place now feels welcoming. You can really tell they care about keeping it nice. Best the laundromat I have been to in Town!
